מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד Tragus Style, המופעל על ידי ישי בנימין, אוסף ומשתמש במידע בעת ביקור באתר, יצירת קשר או ביצוע הזמנה.

1. מידע שעשוי להיאסף

שם, טלפון, דוא״ל, כתובת למשלוח ופרטי הזמנה.
תכתובות ופניות לשירות לקוחות.
סטטוס תשלום ופרטי עסקה. העסק אינו נדרש לקבל או לשמור את פרטי כרטיס האשראי המלאים כאשר התשלום מעובד באמצעות ספק סליקה חיצוני.
מידע טכני כגון כתובת IP, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, עמודים שנצפו, עוגיות ונתוני שימוש.
העדפות שיווקיות, רק כאשר ניתנה הסכמה או קיים בסיס חוקי מתאים.

2. מטרות השימוש

המידע עשוי לשמש לביצוע הזמנות ומשלוחים, מתן שירות, טיפול בביטולים ובהחזרות, אבטחה ומניעת הונאה, ניהול חשבונאי ומשפטי, שיפור האתר, ניתוח שימוש ושליחת מסרים שיווקיים כאשר הדבר מותר.

3. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

מידע עשוי להימסר במידה הנדרשת ל-Shopify, לספקי סליקה, חברות משלוחים, שירותי אחסון ותמיכה, ספקי אבטחה, כלי ניתוח או פרסום שיופעלו בעתיד, וכן לרשויות כאשר קיימת חובה חוקית. ספקים אלה רשאים לעבד מידע בישראל או מחוצה לה בהתאם לתנאים ולמדיניות שלהם.

4. עוגיות

האתר עשוי להשתמש בעוגיות חיוניות להפעלת החנות, סל הקניות, אבטחה ושמירת העדפות. עוגיות ניתוח או פרסום עשויות להתווסף בעתיד. ניתן להגביל עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן, אך חסימת עוגיות חיוניות עלולה לפגוע בפעילות האתר.

5. שמירת מידע ואבטחה

המידע נשמר למשך הזמן הנדרש למטרות שלשמן נאסף, לניהול הזמנות, להתגוננות מפני מחלוקות ולעמידה בחובות דין. נעשים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים, אך אין מערכת מקוונת שמבטיחה הגנה מוחלטת.

6. זכויות ובקשות

ניתן לפנות בבקשה לעיון, תיקון, מחיקה או הפסקת דיוור, בהתאם לזכויות הקיימות לפי דין. יש לשלוח פנייה ל-tragusstyle@gmail.com ולצרף פרטים המאפשרים לזהות את הבקשה. ייתכן שיידרש אימות זהות לפני מסירת מידע או שינויו.

7. קטינים

מי שאינו כשיר למסור מידע או לבצע רכישה בעצמו נדרש לקבל אישור הורה או אפוטרופוס ככל שנדרש לפי דין.

8. עדכונים

המדיניות עשויה להתעדכן כאשר יתווספו שירותי סליקה, משלוח, ניתוח, פרסום או דיוור. מועד העדכון יוצג בראש העמוד.

במקרה של אי־התאמה בין התרגום האנגלי לנוסח העברי, הנוסח העברי יגבר ככל שהדבר מותר לפי דין.

This policy explains how Tragus Style, operated by Yishai Binyamin, collects and uses information when visitors use the website, contact the Business, or place an order.

Payment status and transaction information. The Business is not required to receive or store full card details when payment is processed by an external payment provider.
