1. אזורי משלוח

בשלב זה המשלוחים זמינים לכתובות בישראל בלבד. משלוחים לחו״ל יתווספו רק לאחר פרסום מפורש באתר.

2. הכנת הזמנה וזמן אספקה

זמן הכנת הזמנה משוער: 1–5 ימי עסקים. זמן המשלוח המשוער לאחר הטיפול בהזמנה הוא 1–25 ימי עסקים, הן למשלוח עד הבית והן לנקודת איסוף, בהתאם לשיטת המשלוח שתהיה זמינה. אלה זמני הערכה ולא התחייבות למועד מדויק. עיכובים עשויים להיגרם עקב עומס, חגים, מצב ביטחוני, כתובת שגויה, חברת המשלוחים או נסיבות שאינן בשליטת העסק.

3. מחיר משלוח

מחיר המשלוח והאפשרויות הזמינות יוצגו בקופה לפני השלמת ההזמנה. עד לפרסום מחיר או סף למשלוח חינם, אין התחייבות למחיר קבוע או למשלוח חינם.

4. פרטי מסירה

האחריות למסירת שם, טלפון וכתובת נכונים חלה על הלקוח. במקרה של טעות, אי־איסוף או סירוב לקבל חבילה, ייתכן חיוב בעלויות משלוח נוספות ככל שהדבר מותר לפי דין.

5. ביטול הזמנה

בקשת ביטול יש לשלוח בהקדם ל-tragusstyle@gmail.com עם מספר ההזמנה. כאשר ההזמנה כבר נמסרה לחברת המשלוחים, הטיפול יהיה בהתאם לדיני ביטול עסקת מכר מרחוק ולתנאים להלן.

זכות הביטול, המועדים, החריגים ודמי הביטול יחולו בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן ולכל דין מחייב. בדרך כלל, בעסקת מכר מרחוק קיימת זכות ביטול בתוך 14 ימים בכפוף לתנאים ולחריגים שבדין. כאשר הדין מתיר גביית דמי ביטול, הם עשויים להיות עד 5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ₪, לפי הנמוך. במקרה של פגם, אי־התאמה או הפרה מצד העסק, לא ייגבו דמי ביטול ככל שהדין אוסר זאת.

6. החזרת מוצר

אין לשלוח מוצר לפני קבלת אישור החזרה. לאחר אישור הבקשה תימסר ללקוח כתובת החזרה באופן פרטי. במקרה של החזרה שאינה עקב פגם, יש להשיב את המוצר ללא שימוש מעבר לבדיקה סבירה, ללא כביסה, ללא ריח או כתם, ועם התגיות ככל שניתן. העסק רשאי לבדוק את מצב המוצר, בכפוף לדין.

עלות משלוח ההחזרה חלה על הלקוח כאשר ההחזרה אינה עקב פגם או אי־התאמה, אלא אם הדין מחייב אחרת. במקרה של פגם או מוצר שונה מההזמנה, יש לפנות בהקדם עם מספר הזמנה ותמונות ברורות.

7. החלפת מידה

בשלב זה אין שירות החלפת מידה מרצון. ניתן להגיש בקשת ביטול או החזרה בהתאם לזכויות הקבועות בדין ובמדיניות זו. אין בסעיף זה כדי לגרוע מזכות במקרה של פגם או אי־התאמה.

8. החזר כספי

לאחר אישור הביטול וקבלת המוצר כאשר נדרשת החזרה, ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי ובמועדים הנדרשים לפי דין. זמן הופעת הזיכוי בפועל עשוי להיות תלוי בספק הסליקה או בבנק.

במקרה של אי־התאמה בין התרגום האנגלי לנוסח העברי, הנוסח העברי יגבר ככל שהדבר מותר לפי דין.

Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

1. Shipping area

Shipping is currently available only to addresses in Israel. International shipping will apply only after it is expressly offered on the website.

2. Processing and delivery estimates

Estimated order processing time is 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 1–25 business days for either home delivery or pickup-point delivery, depending on the available method. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may result from workload, holidays, security conditions, incorrect addresses, carriers, or circumstances outside the Business’s control.

3. Shipping price

Available shipping methods and their prices will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Until a price or free-shipping threshold is expressly published, no fixed shipping price or free shipping is promised.

4. Delivery details

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate name, telephone number, and address. Incorrect details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery may result in additional shipping charges to the extent permitted by law.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent promptly to tragusstyle@gmail.com with the order number. If the order has already been transferred to the carrier, the request will be handled under applicable distance-selling law and the terms below.

Cancellation rights, deadlines, exceptions, and fees are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and other mandatory law. A distance-sale cancellation right generally applies within 14 days, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Where the law permits a cancellation fee, it may be up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower. No cancellation fee will be charged for a defect, non-conformity, or breach where prohibited by law.

6. Product returns

Products must not be sent before return approval. The return address will be provided privately after the request is approved. For a return not caused by a defect, the product should be returned without use beyond reasonable inspection, unwashed, free of odor or stains, and with tags where possible. The Business may inspect the product, subject to law.

Return shipping is paid by the customer when the return is not due to a defect or non-conformity, unless applicable law requires otherwise. A defective or incorrect item should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs.

7. Size exchanges

Voluntary size exchanges are not currently offered. A cancellation or return request may still be submitted under applicable law and this policy. This does not limit rights relating to defects or non-conformity.

8. Refunds

After cancellation approval and receipt of the product where return is required, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the period required by law. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to display the credit.
