תקנון ותנאי שימוש

אתר Tragus Style מופעל על ידי ישי בנימין (להלן: "העסק"). העסק פועל בשלב זה באופן מקוון בלבד ואין קבלת קהל או נקודת איסוף פיזית, אלא אם פורסם אחרת באתר.
1. יצירת קשר
דוא״ל שירות לקוחות: tragusstyle@gmail.com. שעות המענה המוצהרות: 09:00–13:00. זמני המענה עשויים להשתנות בהתאם לעומס ולימי הפעילות.
2. שימוש באתר
השימוש באתר, לרבות רכישה, כפוף לתנאים אלה ולדין החל בישראל. משתמש שאינו כשיר לבצע פעולה משפטית בעצמו נדרש לקבל אישור של הורה או אפוטרופוס, ככל שנדרש לפי דין. אין להשתמש באתר למטרה בלתי חוקית, להפריע לפעילותו, לנסות לחדור אליו או להעתיק ממנו תוכן ללא הרשאה.
3. מוצרים ומידע
העסק משתדל להציג תמונות, מידות, צבעים ותיאורים מדויקים. עם זאת, ייתכנו הבדלים סבירים הנובעים מתאורה, מסך, תהליך הדפסה או ייצור. במקרה של סתירה מהותית ניתן לפנות לשירות הלקוחות.
4. מחירים, תשלום והזמנה
המחיר המחייב הוא המחיר המוצג בעת השלמת ההזמנה. עלויות משלוח ותשלומים נוספים, ככל שישנם, יוצגו לפני אישור התשלום. הזמנה תיחשב מאושרת רק לאחר קליטת התשלום ושליחת אישור הזמנה. העסק רשאי שלא לאשר או לבטל הזמנה במקרה של חוסר מלאי, טעות ברורה במחיר או בתיאור, כשל תשלום, חשש להונאה או מניעה חוקית; במקרה שנגבה תשלום הוא יוחזר בהתאם לדין.
5. אספקה, ביטולים והחזרות
תנאי המשלוח, הביטול וההחזרה מפורטים בעמוד "משלוחים, ביטולים והחזרות" ומהווים חלק מתקנון זה. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לגרוע מזכות צרכנית שאי אפשר להתנות עליה לפי דין.
6. קניין רוחני
שם המותג, הלוגו, העיצובים, התמונות, הטקסטים והגרפיקה באתר שייכים לעסק או משמשים אותו ברשות. אין להעתיק, לפרסם, למכור, לשנות או לעשות בהם שימוש מסחרי ללא אישור מראש ובכתב.
7. אחריות
האתר והשירותים ניתנים בכפוף לזמינות. העסק אינו מתחייב שהאתר יהיה נטול תקלות בכל עת. ככל שמותר לפי דין, העסק לא יישא באחריות לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי הנובע משימוש באתר. הגבלה זו אינה חלה במקום שבו הדין אינו מאפשר אותה, ואינה גורעת מאחריות למוצר פגום, להטעיה או מזכות אחרת לפי דין.
8. פרטיות
השימוש במידע אישי נעשה בהתאם לעמוד "מדיניות פרטיות ועוגיות".
9. שינויים ודין חל
העסק רשאי לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. הנוסח שפורסם באתר במועד הפעולה הוא הנוסח הרלוונטי, בכפוף לדין. על התנאים יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט תיקבע בהתאם לדין החל.
במקרה של אי־התאמה בין התרגום האנגלי לנוסח העברי, הנוסח העברי יגבר ככל שהדבר מותר לפי דין.

Tragus Style is operated by Yishai Binyamin (the “Business”). The Business currently operates online only and has no public walk-in store or pickup location unless otherwise stated on the website.

Customer service email: tragusstyle@gmail.com. Stated support hours are 09:00–13:00. Response times may vary depending on workload and operating days.
2. Website use
Use of the website, including purchases, is subject to these terms and applicable Israeli law. A person who is not legally capable of entering into a transaction independently must obtain parental or guardian approval where required by law. The website may not be used unlawfully, disrupted, accessed without authorization, or copied without permission.
3. Products and information
The Business aims to display accurate images, sizing, colors, and descriptions. Reasonable differences may result from lighting, screens, printing, or manufacturing. Material discrepancies should be reported to customer service.
4. Prices, payment, and orders
The binding price is the price displayed when the order is completed. Shipping and other charges, if any, will be shown before payment confirmation. An order is accepted only after payment is received and an order confirmation is sent. The Business may reject or cancel an order due to lack of stock, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. Any amount already charged will be refunded as required by law.
5. Delivery, cancellation, and returns
The Shipping, Cancellations and Returns page forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The brand name, logo, designs, images, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to the Business. They may not be copied, published, sold, modified, or used commercially without prior written approval.
7. Liability
The website and services are provided subject to availability. The Business does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Business is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not remove liability for defective goods, misleading conduct, or other statutory rights.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
The Business may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of the relevant action applies, subject to law. Israeli law governs these terms, and jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law.
If the English translation conflicts with the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
